The room was lovely. The mattress was a bit hard. Coffee making facilities were very good. Bathroom and shower excellent.
It took me a ridiculous amount of time to find it. I was 5 minutes away but it took me almost 2 hours to get to it. I don't know whether other people have had this difficulty too. Satnav just couldn't find it.

Very nice crew!
The cleaning crew do not recycle. I saw that Everything go in the same trash and that’s a shame!!!!!

Recently refurbished - nice rooms - enjoyed evening meal in restaurant - check in at 13:00 was a real plus as many hotels are after 16:00
Coffee machine but being English we would have liked some milk capsules in our room

Clean, ok breakfast, friendly staff.
Noisy room, light burnt out. Couch very dirty.
