Property, big shared pool, friendly staff.

The houses are very old and neglected. The furniture is old too, and some is broken. There is mold and it smells old. We didn't use the kitchen, but when I wanted to make tea, the kettle was broken. I understood it first after there was a cobweb on it. We were given 2 small bottles of water. But they were more like a "welcome drink". Because we didn't get new water while cleaning. In other places where we were, the cleaning crew brought new water. Bedding, and curtains on the windows had stains and no one can't changed it.

Good pool, nice villas and location

Very bad internet connection. If you want to use streaming services or work - it's not for you. Sometimes even Facebook does not work because of slow internet. It was a reason why I changed the location for next months. Everything else was good.

Terrible customer service from management. They should communicate and fully refund when they make major mistakes.

The cleaning and security staff were lovely people. The property is a nice space. Location is good/ok.

Service was terrible. They (admittedly) gave my room to someone else before I got there… the people had just arrived and the staff member pointed them out while detailing the mistake on their side. They upgraded me to a nicer room, but the next day they forced me to switch rooms and downgraded me from what my booking was. I was traveling solo and booked a queen bed (the one they pointed out that they gave to the wrong people)…but they forced me into a room with 3 small beds that were extremely uncomfortable. My back ached the entire time. They didn’t respond to the issue through the message I sent in the Booking app. The staff gave me the owner’s phone number for WhatsApp…but they didn’t respond to that, either. Terrible customer service from the management team. The cleaning and security staff were delightful people, though.

we liked nothing here

everything was in awful state - the conditioner didn’t work properly, it crackled while working the fridge was dirty and it smelled the villa was not of that state that is on photos - photos are photoshopped there was a smell of mold and dampness in the villa we didn’t stay here and we asked the owner to refund our money, but we are still waiting for that refund… Do not recommend this place

this property was dirty, completely not as pictured, and they would not offer us a refund when asked even though the room was completely different to what was advertised. facilities listed didn’t exist in the property. horrible stay you could be anywhere else for cheaper and so much better! do not stay here (see pictures)

Best place to escape

Location was on middle of ubud. lots of nearby good coffee shop. there is a pool but not so good. at least they have a pool to chill out when its so hot. location are on the main road so easy to find where is the villa located

Super comfortable villa outside of Ubud

The owner of the villa and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Every day we got 2 new bottles of water, and there is also a refill station at the property. Breakfast is good - you get 3 options (fried rice, fried noodle or toast with egg). When we did not have time to have breakfast at the property, they gave us a plate of fruits in the afternoon. Super nice service overall.

the villa is located a bit outside the city of Ubud. If you do not plan to rent a bike, you will need to walk a lot or take taxis. It took us around 30-40min by foot to reach the city centre.
