Spacious room. Variety of food serve during breakfast. Kindness of waiter serve us with "Teh tarik" and some fruit very appreciated.
No bidet at the toilet. Even though there is water under the toilet seat, cannot compare with bidet.

Room spacious and clean room, Good King size bed. Location is very good; hotel is attached to IOI City Mall.
Lift had unpleasant smell, the buttons are faulty gets turn off and stop at random level. Even though I have registered my car number at the counter, I always have difficulty exiting the carpark. Room door is out of alignment, difficulty in opening and closing the door.
