    Staff were great at reception, Nepalese at Reception had good English. Also Japanese staff were great, The Manager needs to learn to smile 😃, Cleanliness was outstanding, cleaners did a great job, house keeping 👍 good

    We truly enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious and awesome. The location is a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Osaka but hotel is only a 10-15 min walk to the train station, that you can go anywhere you want very easily. The stay was really worth it and refreshing for us. Beds were very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was truly wonderful ! The staff was very kind and helpful to arrange a taxi to drop us off at the airport early in the morning. Will definitely go back.
