    Check-in went super easily through a kiosk. The room was very large and clean! It looked like we were the first to ever use that room. There was a bath and plenty of facilities and freebies in the room like drip coffee bags, body lotion, facial cleanser, a kettle and a microwave. The subway station was a 10 minute walk away. The view was great since the hotel was really high up in the building :) The price was super affordable and the hotel still had availability even though we booked only 3 weeks in advance!! The only downside is that there's barely anything in the area near the hotel. We simply used it to sleep after going to Universal Studios Japan, so we didn't have a lot of worries about that as we were too tired to do anything anyway. I recommend this hotel as it really exceeded my expectations for the price!! Will definitely book here again if i were to come back to the Osaka area.

    The room is good but Aircon is not working

    The staff are nice the location is good the room is clean and spacious but … You cant control the aircon . Or should i say there is no aircon at the setting . We stayed march but we all feel hot that time . Even staff cant do nothing about it . We cant sleep until 2am i guess its so uncomfortable . Its funny but i sleep w/o clothes because we are suffocated that time we 5months old always crying ang my 3yrs old always crying till midnight . My toddler nose bleed that time because he cant handled that temperature . I also called staff 11pass almost 12of the midnight saying that thing . That were all feel suffocated not comfortable and cant sleep because its so hot . The aircon setting is only heater and air . But even air feel so hot . And they cant do anything about that . Till 1 or 2 am we decided to turn off the heater and just use the humidifier . Everything is 4~5 star but in term of comfort i think its 1star .
