    this was a great place to stay, I love everything about it. When I go back will definitely stay there again.

    Loved this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was amazing. Location was about 30 minutes away from most things we wanted to do and about 1 hour from the airport, but staff was very helpful with transportation. There is a convenience store (Lawson’s), but if you want to do a bit more shopping or have more food options, there is a 7-eleven and a mall just a walk away.

    Exceptional 5 Star Hotel, however way out of town. House keeping staff were not interested in providing any assistance may have had something to do with language barrier.

    While the hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, and clean, the management and service are a disaster. I booked and paid for a Deluxe room, yet upon arrival, the manager stubbornly insisted I had only booked a Standard King. Despite showing proof of my booking, she was dismissive and rude. Only after my partner joined the conversation did her story change. She finally admitted they had oversold the rooms due to the holiday season in Japan. I was forced to wait three hours and move rooms three times. To make matters worse, when they finally moved us to a Twin Deluxe, the manager had the audacity to demand an extra £100 for the "different view." There was zero apology for the deception, the downgrade attempt, or the hours of wasted time. A 5-star hotel cannot operate with such dishonest and unprofessional staff. Avoid unless you’re willing to gamble on actually getting the room you paid for.
