Really nice stay, rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The outside area was also lovely, overlooking rice fields and was a great place to chill after our safari. The staff were also very kind and helpful.
There is no AC (which we knew upon booking so not the hosts fault) and the fan is powerful but the room got very hot at night.

we loved our stay here for 1 night before doing the yala safari. The family organised everything for us including taxi from hiriketiya and to ella the following day! They can also organise the safari which was great :) the room itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. The family made us a delicious dinner for just 1800 rupees each. We would definitely recommend and wish we could have stayed longer it was so peaceful - thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Nice balcony and view of the rice fields.
Could only pay by cash The water pressure in the shower was extremely low, making it difficult and time-consuming to shower. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and did not work properly. Additionally, the room shown in the booking photos included air conditioning, so I did not realize that I had selected a fan-only room. As a result, we were charged extra to use the air conditioning that the room had and when we did, it was very noisy and disruptive. It is the first time I’ve been charged to use the air conditioning
