    The staff were very friendly, the location is great for visiting Yala, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the pool area is gorgeous. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Our room was extremely dirty when we checked in. Cobwebs, bugs on the floor, visible dirt, and it clearly hadn’t been mopped or wiped down. The bathroom had no hot water except on one evening, but the other times we showered the water was cold. The room was also very bright in the mornings as the curtains didn’t block out much light. And there was no soundproofing. The bed linens were dirty and stained, and the towels were as well. We requested replacements, but those were also stained. It’s a shame, as the staff evidently care about providing a good service, and this place has potential given its location and facilities, but cleanliness needs major improvement. There are definitely better options in the area, and I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

    Beautiful pool and gardens at this hotel. Spent 2 nights in July 2025. Bed a little firm for my liking but very good value for money.
