Great little apartment close to Placa Major. At rear of building, so no street noise. All facilities provided. View to inner courtyard of building is not lovely, but the apartment does have a lot of natural light from many windows. We did not find it dark (as has been suggested by another reviewer). Host very easy to deal with, did all he could to make our stay enjoyable.
Although there is a lift, once out of the lift there are about 8-10 steps to navigate your luggage to the apartment - but the host was there to help us.

Great location and walkable to most of the attractions I plan to see for the trip. The unit is very spacious for 4 adults. The host was very responsive to my questions and requests.
The WiFi connection was sporadic from time to time during my stay. The water pressure from shower was not very strong. The lids for some of the cooking pots and pans are either missing or do not match. The kitchen knives are dull.

Location was perfect. Short walk to many interesting places. The place is spacious, more than adequate for our family of 5 with a toddler. The bathrooms were clean and the amenities were complete. Javier is a great host!
We didn't expect the stairs from the lobby going up to the apartment and since we have a stroller and luggage, it was not very easy to get around.
