Best place we have stayed in Wales. Quirky, interesting, spacious, comfortable, warm, clean, comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, parking area, sun terrace, patio area, owned and run by a genuinely lovely local couple, on site cafe that serves great egg and bacon on toast, and to top all that it literally overlooks Lake Bala, so much so, you feel like the lake and beach is your own front garden. So glad we found this place, well done guys, keep up the good work.

Location and views were exceptional. Warm, spacious and very comfortable. Great facilities and on site parking.

Warm welcome, lots of lovely touches like a welcome basket and milk in the fridge. View of the lake, close enough to take your paddle board.
It wasn't a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues would struggle with the stairs.
