An Amazing stay at Arenig
The host were very welcoming, we arrived greeted with an amazing hamper gift, the Christmas tree was up, with lights, the kids thought it was magical, the lay out of the cottage was exciting for the kids, all the rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The views were stunning 😍. Good WiFi with family games, and the log fire was very cosy. Definitely will stay again.
Coming home 😁, the only change I would make is, the kids struggled with WiFi in the bunk beds, and the heating control the be a bit more simple, like a single + or - on the wall stat.

When looking for a place to stay Arenig cottage ticked all the boxes. Exactly what we needed. Escape from the City. Peaceful, Calm and welcoming atmosphere. Autistic and ADHD friendly. Everything was brilliant, but must note the bathtub was amazing large enough for 6"4 man and average woman to fit for a cosy night in. True serenity.
A wee bit spooky at night. But I'm a chicken so that's on me. And the owners and place were so lovely I was afraid to make too much mess from outside leaves and rain coming in incase we weren't allowed back 😩 Was so busy enjoying ourselves, we forgot to take photos. NEXT TIME!

Very relaxing holiday cottage.
Arenig was a cosy cottage. Wood burner was great and cottage was well equipped.
Decking outside was extremely slippery. Weather was terrible when I stayed and had to spend a day inside, so would of been good if the DVD player worked as there were plenty of films to watch.
