Herausragender Service: Was immer wir montiert hatten, war das Service Team sehr schnell über die eigens für uns eingerichtete WhatsApp Gruppe zur Hilfe geeilt und das Problem behoben. Das einzige was nicht ging war die starke Rauchbelästigung an einem der Abende. Das Rauch Problem hat man aber an vielen Stellen auf Lombok.
Das Restaurant ist ok fürs Frühstück. Das Abendessen ist sicher nicht auf dem Niveau eines 5* Hotels. Est ist eher einfach und relativ überteuert. Die meisten Aufpreis pflichtigen Zusatzleistungen fanden wir ebenfalls überteuert. ZB Scooter für 20 vs 10 USD pT in Bangsal.

This property is 10 mins away from Bangsal port in a peaceful location in Tanjung. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. Their staff are contactable via WhatsApp and they were always quick to reply and act on any request. They have a great food selection in their in-house restaurant and awesome breakfast and they can organise activities and give great suggestions of the area. The Gili Islands are about 10-15 mins away by boat and you can organise scuba diving activities within the resort in their 5 star Padi Centre. The pool is wonderfully large and a great way to relax throughout the day. The room was spacious with beautiful free standing bath. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to Damar, Paizin, Rosman, Wika, Mira, Yani, Munir and the rest of the team for making our stay special.

La baie dans laquelle se situe l'hôtel est très calme et bien située, à 2 pas des îles Gili.
Les repas étaient très bons.
Le centre PADI situé au sein de l'hôtel.
Personnel très agréable et aux petits soins.
La piscine privative dans le patio de la chambre.
Le manque de propreté des abords de la plage et des coins cachés de l'hôtel.
La gestion de la journée de sortie sur les îles Gili avec le snorkeling qui a été escamoté sans qu'on sache réellement pourquoi.
Le massage balinais un peu trop agressif sur les muscles.
