Gili Mesari Cottages & Homestay

Very clean! Staff were lovely and able to accommodate all of our needs. There’s a medical centre across the street that are very useful if needed.

The staff was very friendly, we got a special hand written note to welcome us in the homestay, the desk was always available and we could store luggagge there before leaving even after check out. The location was 7 min walking from the harbour and very close to cafes and bars and clubs and many tours for snorkeling. There was AC in the room and we had enough towels, good shower, toilet and a lovely balcony. The breakfast was OK, it was two pieces of toast with scrambled eggs or fried eggs (and one other choice), which you chose at the receprion desk in the morning and waited it to be prepared and they brought it to the balcony, together with a chosen drink (coffee, tea, water).

The bed sheets had little stains, and there were a lot of mosquitos (there was a repellent to plug in but I guess it didn't work), but this was not the staff's fault.

The staff were so kind and friendly - and they cleaned and changed the sheets every day! And provided excellent breakfast for free
