Il rapporto qualità prezzo, dotato di praticamente il tutto necessario e la posizione centrale.
La cucina in comune forse doveva essere dotata di più utensili tipo padelle e spugne/asciughino per pulire, ma comunque ci si cucinava bene.

La posizione centralissima.
Il materasso e il cuscino scomodissimi. Il rumore dalla strada di notte. Basterebbe qualche acquisto, di pochi euro, per rendere il soggiorno davvero confortevole: un materasso e dei cuscini decenti; delle grucce nuove per l'armadio; una dotazione minima di bagnoschiuma...
