Two independent villas in typical Aeolian architecture with pleasant sea views, surrounded by a large garden.
The villas are well furnished and equipped, including all comforts. Independent from each other, united by the private garden that surrounds them, which offers a precious space for leisure and outdoor relaxation.
Casa Limone: (2 + 1 beds), 3 terraces, kitchen-living room with single sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. It is also equipped with stereo, satellite TV, wifi internet, hairdryer and air conditioner. The two houses are divided by the access road and divide the common outdoor area of the garden. They are equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold), ceiling ventilation, stereo, satellite TV, wifi internet, hairdryer. The well-located location in the center of the valley makes the climate pleasant in both winter and summer. The large and shaded parking, private and internal to the garden. The distance both from the historical center of Lipari and from Canneto mare is 3,5 Km. The road is comfortable and never too busy, well connected. The location is quiet even during the peak tourist season.

The house was rebuilt from an old agricultural warehouse maintaining the architecture of the Aeolian house with the typical patio (terrace), and the masonry (seats). All doors open towards the terraces and the garden. The open part is very bright, to bring closer contact with the vegetation that shields the interiors, giving them privacy. The terraces with different exposure and view (sea, garden, hill) adapt to be lived in the most suitable moments of the day. The simple and functional but well-equipped furniture makes life in the house pleasant. Pleasant starry evenings, outdoor dining in the mild climate of the island, clear weather in a deckchair or in a hammock. Both the sea and the village can be reached in five minutes by car, so it is possible to live the house and move easily even more frequently.
Peace and relationship with nature are the strengths of this location.

Everything about Casa Limone is charming and as represented in the photos and description. Alice has created a holiday home I would like to
have as my own. The casa is well appointed and has a real kitchen with all that you need for cooking if you choose. Many places to sit and read on the terrace or in the casa. Alice was always available to answer a question and very kind. Lipari is a magical place and staying at Casa Limone made is even more magical!

..., auf der Dachterrasse auch mit Weitblick. Ruhig gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man in weniger als 10 an der Küste. Die andere Wohneinheit war nicht bewohnt, wenn sie es ist, hilft es sicher, sich gut zu verstehen. Der Empfang von Maria war sehr freundlich, ihr Korb mit Früchten und Gemüse war super.

Wir haben uns im Casa Scirocco Limone sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist genau das Richtige für Urlauber, die Ruhe suchen und sich zwischendurch gerne zurückziehen. Eine Woche wie im Paradies, mir schöner Terrasse und sehr großem Garten. Man merkt, dass die Besitzer selber in dem Haus gewohnt haben. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch wirklich alles da, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn wir Lipari nochmal besuchen.
