Innanzitutto l'appartamento aveva tutti i comfort. Inoltre ha un bel terrazzo dotato di doccia, cucina e barbecue, oltre ad un pergolato con tavolo e sedie comode. Vicinissimo al mare.

La posizione, l’appartamento è ben curato, accogliente, ha anche un terrazzino.

Sicuramente il prezzo, molto competitivo, e la posizione, praticamente a poci metri dalla spiaggia di Canneto. Ottima la posizione anche per la vicinanza a tutti i servizi necessari.: fermata bus, supermercato, panificio, macelleria, farmacia, bar e ristoranti. Buona la presenza di una doccia esterna, oltre a quella del bagno. Wifi perfettamente funzionante e performante
Appartamento nr. 3 Silvana. Struttura piccola ed un pò angusta, con scale interne che dividono i 2 ambienti. La cucina si trova all'esterno, dentro un piccolo terrazzino da cui è stata ricavata. Piccole cose migiorabili: manca il telecomando di 1 dei 2 climatizzatori, quindi bisogna usare lo stesso per entrambi. Manca una riduzione scuko per poter utilizzare il microonde. Nel complesso con poche accortezze (che mancano) si potrebbe migliorare molto il valore della struttura
