About this cottage rental
Strongyle is a small villa situated on the beach, perfectly furnished with all comforts. It is surrounded by a large, partly covered terrace with a splendid view of the islands of Stromboli (with its night-time eruptions), Panarea and Salina (with its sunsets).
The house is no more than 20 metres from the beach, so you can enjoy the sound of the sea and is particularly suitable for those who like a quiet but not isolated style of holiday by the sea.
From the house there is a short flight of steps leading down to the beach below. The house is on one floor and consists of a double bedroom connected, through a sliding door, to a large living room with a kitchen wall fully equipped with all appliances (including a dishwasher) and a complete bathroom with shower cabin. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed. Both rooms overlook the terrace furnished with a dining area and deckchairs. On the terrace there is also a service area with sink and washing machine, an outdoor shower (hot/cold) and a gas barbecue. From the terrace you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Salina to the west and a splendid view of Panarea and Stromboli to the north. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heat pumps, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, smart satellite TV and Wi-fi.
The house also comes fully furnished and equipped with tablecloths, tea towels, pillows, blankets.and a first set of bed linen and towels for each person.
If additional bed linen and towels are needed, these can be provided on request at a cost of €10 per person per change: 1 set = sheets x bed + 3 towels (shower, face, guest). These costs must be paid locally.
A security deposit of € 200 will be requested on arrival, which will be returned at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation.
Guests will receive a rental contract with all the details.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dem tollen Haus. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und idyllisch und das Meeresrauschen ist sehr beruhigend . Die Ausstattung ist deutlich überdurchschnittlich und hochwertig. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht , um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Terrasse ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank

Wundervolle Lage ,Meeresrauschen inclusive. Perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung(auch ausreichend Küchenutensilien) mit viel Platz und einer sehr schönen großen Terrasse.Geschmackvolle Einrichtung,sehr sauber und gepflegt.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war vorbildlich ,man ist hier ehrlich um das wohlbefinden der Hausgäste bemüht.Informationen zum Transfer,Listen bzw.Busfahrpläne,Fährzeiten etc. wurden uns schon vorab geschickt.Der ideale Platz zum entspannen und die Natur der Insel zu genießen.Toll.

Casa stupenda, molto curata nei particolare, arredamento e servizi ottimi. La terrazza splendida si affaccia sul mare con un panorama mozzafiato.E' molto gradevole mangiare all'aperto . Proprietari gentilissimi.

Wer die Einsamkeit liebt, der ist hier richtig! Der Standort ist wirklich genial, man hat ständig das Meer im Ohr und kann sogar vom Schlafzimmer aufs Meer schauen. Die Wohnung ist groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war sehr liebevoll und freundlich und wir haben uns dort rundherum wohl gefühlt.
