It’s worth it for the price I paid. The location is convenient because next to supermarket Hokky where is well known for premium quality of local fresh fruits. Love it!! Walking distance to Tunjungan Plaza. I booked the deluxe king room, it was excellent. Clean, it has everything we need, you can use ironing room, has city view. I will Insyaa Allah definitely back to this hotel when I will be in Surabaya.
It doesn’t have swimming pool. Hopefully someday they will build one.

Super staff, location was central, amazing breakfast and very affordable! Enjoyed our high-floor view over the city, 14th floor if I remember correctly.

The hotel is next to supermarket and very close to Gubeng train station, a large mall, several ‘western’ style bars. Staff did their best but perhaps not fully trained.
My room was bedevilled with maintenance issues. It me an hour - and a change of room - to unpack my bags due to issue with the room safe. A central light bulb in bathroom was out. Two teabags provided but no coffee sachets. Little things which added up to frustration. The room was very austere a stark - a picture (of anything!) would have improved it.
