This space features one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a private terrace.
Once you book your vacation, you can arrange transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email or visiting the following site: At this site, you will be able to reserve your transportation using your reservation number. A confirmation slip will then be emailed to you directly from the transportation company once they’ve reviewed and accepted your request. Transportation to Vidanta Riviera Maya is provided by Cancún Bay. When you get through customs at the airport, look for a driver wearing navy pants and a blue shirt with a Cancún Bay logo, carrying a sign for your resort hotel.
When you pass through Immigration, the officer will give you a portion of your immigration form. Please keep this in a safe place—we recommend inside your passport—since you will need this upon departure from Mexico.
