Really amazing view! It is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is also so spacious! It is such a good deal, plus the customer service is great. They are very accommodating and helpful to us. Also the location is convenient. Another surprise is from the room 608, you can actually see Fansipan if you zoom in and if the sky is clear! (See photo)
The only thing that was a bit lacking to me is the lights in the room, because it is a bit hard to fix my things around at night, but its not a big problem.

The view of the mountains, peaceful and quiet neigborhood. Breakfast was descent. Sapa station is just few minutes walk but i usually take grab as it was cheap.
Probably the bed as it was soft and a bit of noise in the bed when tried to move.

View from the room and location are only benefits, nice staff
Mold and dirt, bathroom smelling of rot and mold, dirty moldy curtains and shower, dirty floor, very low water pressure, clogged drain, old, damaged toilet seat, poor quality breakfast
