    We are in a group of 5 adults and stayed for 4 nights. Beautiful place, friendly and helpful staffs. Satisfied with our stay. Will repeat if we return to Sapa.

    The room we got was name Royal suite. It was really huge room with 2 separate bed and 2 separate bathroom. It was exceptional nice. The staff was good too. They even help to dry our own wash clothes for free. The weather too cold so didn't got chance to try all the facilities. The hotel located a bit inside up a bit of mountain area. So is not that helpful for people with walking issue but everywhere is nearby can easily get a grab to anywhere at very cheap price.

    Not really sure what was going on, I think I was the only guest at least for part of my stay. Didn't seem to be up and running 100% but it's a nice place, and if you don't mind walking, not that far from Sapa centre. Room was large and spacious, gym was good, pool was out of order though. A pleasant stay nonetheless.
