Check in was quick & simple. The staff were all very nice, professional & friendly, the room was perfect and really clean, good shower with plenty of hot water, comfortable bed & pillows. The dining area had really nice decor and the breakfast was perfect with plenty of variety. Big bonus they have a lift/elevator which was heaven for me! After checkout we left our bags with the reception. Location was just a 3 minute walk from the canal front and centre so
Absolutely nothing for us not to like. We had a 3 superb night stay.

Location, it was clean. Good breakfast.
The door locks automatically when inside so it gives me a sense of insecurity because there is no actual lock to lock.

Location was great.
Staff members hardly look at you. You have to start talking, then they are nice, but they are very badly trained. I asked for local information about restaurants and they couldn't give me any suggestion. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Breakfast is ok, nothing special.
