    The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the location of the hotel -- and the outside -- are beautiful. The breakfast food is also excellent. If you are not planning to spend a lot of time inside, this location is perfect. Unfortunately, the common areas are fully carpeted and not well lit; the wifi is extremely slow, and the water was recently cut by the city, causing the water on the pipes to be filled with air (and jumpy when exiting the shower or the sink) or yellow.

    The front desk staff make this hotel - and are the primary reason I’d recommend it. From restaurant recommendations and reservations, to calling to help me secure a hair cut, this team was friendly, efficient and never made me feel like a bother. The rooms and facilities themselves are a bit outdated and run down. The main stairwell needs a complete re-do, I think it is intended for staff only but you need to provide guests with a nice and clean alternate to the 1 elevator. I thought breakfast (included with my rate) was fine but I wouldn’t pay extra for it.
