Slightly Overpriced, a bit small for a group of 4, but close to the beach and clean.

The house was very close to the beach, it was clean and it had plenty of towels. The little patio and the balcony were also great (good thing they were there because that's the only place where you can eat, since there are no proper tables inside the house)

The house was small, perfect for two people i guess, but a bit cramped for 4 people, but it was fine nonetheless. The hosts were polite but unable to help us with our requests. They won't allow you to leave your luggage in the patio on the last day. The only solution they were able to give us was a luggage deposit 20 minutes away from the house, therefore we had to pay for both the deposit and the taxi to get there (i'd say this is the thing we liked the least). Check-out was a 10am - we asked the host to extend it a little bit but they couldn't. On the day of the check-out we got a text from the host at 9:30am saying that they were gonna be there in 15 minutes. They arrived and they started knocking on the door multiple times basically kicking us out in what was supposed to be a polite way.

Very dirty and dusty - the apartment is super hot inside; the host is very unpolite.

The location is very close to sunset beach. The old city was 15 minutes by car.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The apartment was not clean at all. It was full of very old and smelly towels, dusty bed-sheets. The utensils in the kitchen were very old and dirty. It was mentioned that the apartment is air conditioned but there was no AC in the bed room; neither there was any fan - it was super hot at night and very difficult to sleep. Only the living room had a small AC. The check-out time was 10.00am and we checked-out at 10.12am. The host's husband made a big issue out of it - he kept knocking at our door constantly from 10.02am. This was very unpolite.

Perfect and a clean place super near to beach and restaurants with lovely host.

We loved our stay! The host was super lovely and gave tips e.g. to go to the old town easily by bus. Location was really good. Short walk to the beach and many restaurants and cafes near. Apartment is suitable for short or a little longer stays and is really clean.

Need to look carefully the exact address of the place. At least Google Maps is giving many options for Apartment Gravosa the opposite side of Dubrovnik. We got lost trying to find the place but the host was really understanding of our late arrival.

For anyone visiting Dubrovnik / Lapad this is an ideal Location and highly recommended. Only a 5 mins walk to the bus stops, beach, shops, restaurants and bars in the Lapad area Waking to Dubrovnik Old Town is a 30 min walk, and it's certainly not the most challenging walk and nice scenery along the way, but the number 6 bus will bring you to the old town in 10 mins. (You buy tickets for less then 3 euro at the bus stop). The host was extremely helpful and left us tea and coffeeand it's very suitable for anyone interested in self catering. I would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice area, next to Lapad Bay, supermarket and restaurants/coffee shops nearby. 10-15 minutes from Dubrovnik center by uber (cost = approx. 6 euros per ride). Large bathroom, and many amenities available, such as washing machine, hairdryer, lots of towels, closets, maps, good wifi, balcony with nice table etc. The hosts were nice and eager to show us around.

3 things to keep in mind before visiting: 1. Hosts do not accept payment by card, or through Booking. They only accept paper cash, which was very time consuming and costly, as we had to withdraw money from an ATM, getting charged a significant extra amount in the process. It was not evident before booking through the app that paper cash is the only option, rather only after printing the booking summary to pdf. It is 2022, not 1950, only accepting paper cash is unacceptable in my opinion. 2. There is no air conditioning on the main bedroom, only in the living room, where the couch-bed is. Absence of alternative for cool air, such as a fan. 3. No cleaning during the entire stay.

absolutely splendid!

We loved our stay at Apartment Gravosa! The location was perfect - a very short walk from Lapad bay and the promenade with lots of restaurants, a very close supermarket with everything you need, plenty of ATMs around, and super easy to get to the Old Town on the bus or even a lovely 30-40 minute walk in (feels a lot quicker than this as it’s a beautiful walk!). The host was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we need, and was great with communications before our trip. Thank you so much!

Helpful hosts and good location!

Close to everything but not too close that it is busy! There is a restaurant right infront of it but we didn’t find the noise to be too much of an issue! only 2/3 minute walk to nearest beach and many restaurants!

Short stay in Dubrovnik

Hosts were very pleasant and extremly heplfull, apartment was clean with all needed appliances and nice terrace. Beautifull Sunset (Lapad) beach is couple a minutes away, big grocery store also. All in all excellent value for money.

Lovely clean apartment in an excellent location

Very welcoming hosts and very clean apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were helpful and flexible with both check-in and check-out. The location is excellent - very close to the main promenade and to Lapad bay beach. The beach is pebbly, suitable for young children and popular with families.

Beach and the supermarket are very close, some coffee shops and the restaurants also. Old town is not in the walking distance (around 40 min), but you can easily reach it by bus or taxi. Nice walk by the beach is also nearby

The dishes was not clean completly. Next to the terace of the apartment there is the restaurant terace. It is loud, expecialy when some celebration... And the terace of the restaurant is on the higher ground so everyone can see you wenn you're sitting on your terace. I didn't enjoy that to much...

Leiligheten ligger veldig sentralt med kort vei til lapad stranden, restauranter og matbutikk. Leiligheten var ren, romselig og stor dobbelseng. Sønnen lå på sovesofa i stua. Aircondition og Wi-Fi funket veldig bra. Stor uteplass med sitteplass og tørkestativ.
