Wonderful apartment near the beach and well communicated with other parts of the city

Beautiful, clean and cozy apartment, equipped with everything you might need during holidays. It is very well located - near to beach, market, restaurants, bus stop. It also has nice terrace for breakfast or evening. We’ve had wonderful time there traveling with two kids in October. Self check-in and check-out so we didn’t have chance to meet the owner but remote contact was very good.

The house of fully renewed, very nice and also very quiet. It has anything you need! The host is super nice and ready to help! The area which it is located is very close to bars and shops too. Definitely recommend!

The host is very nice and helpful. The location is great, not far from the beach and grocery store.

The air is a little bit musty when you enter the flat but after a few minutes ventilation it is ok.

Superb

Excellent location, supermarket almost outside the door and close to sunset beach, plus plenty of restaurants. Apartment was equipped with everything you needed, plenty of cutlery, plates, etc, plus a toaster oven, hob and microwave. The outside space was great. I would definitely recommend the apartment and would go back there again.

No air con in the bedroom, but it wasn't a big deal as we visited at the end of September. The apartment was a bit dark, nothing much, just not a lot of natural light.

The host was very friendly and sented us a list with several restaurants where you can eat very well. The apartment has all you can need, is very comfy and clean. The beach is about five minutes by walk. We all were very satisfied!!

Bir daha Dubrovnik’e gelecek olursak kesinlikle kalmak isteyeceğim bir ev.

En son derece konforluydu. Küçük ve huzurlu bir IKEA eviydi. Eşyaların neredeyse tamamına yakını IKEA’dan alınmış. Aracinizi evin hemen bahçe kapısının önüne koyabiliyorsunuz böylece park sorunu olmuyor. Ev öyle güzel planlanmış ki iki yetişkin iki çocuk üç gün boyunca rahatça kendi evimiz gibi konakladık. Çok sessiz ve huzurlu bir mahalleydi. Ev sahibi evi rahat bulalım diye WhatsApp’tan sokağın videosunu çekip bize gönderdi. Ayrıca WhatsApp‘tan şifresini gönderdiği bir kilitli kutudan anahtarı alarak eve giriş yaptık.

Ev lapad bölgesindeydi. Deniz ve marinaya yakındı. Ancak gezmek istediğiniz yer old Town olunca ya araçla gideceksiniz ya da 3 km yürümek zorundasınız. Biz şehri de tanımak adına yürümeyi tercih ettik. Belki biraz daha merkezi olsa daha iyi olurdu.

Super lokalita, blizko na plaz, asi 5minut po rovnej ceste, na promenadu na skok, do obchodu 3 minuty, smerom hore nad apartman je zastavka na bus.c4. Velmi rychlo sa dostanete do old town, krasna terasa, pracka, pohodlne postele, klimatizacia .

Wspaniała lokalizacja dla plażowiczów, czysty w pełni wyposażony apartament

Wspaniała lokalizacja obiektu, blisko przepięknej plaży. Dojazd do starego miasta za 6 euro uberem. Bardzo blisko supermarkety i piekarnia. W mieszkaniu było czysto, wyposażenie mieszkania również na plus. Wielkie podziękowania dla gospodarza, który dba o swoich gości, jest bardzo pomocny, szybko odpowiada na wszystkie pytania
