Superb

It was a very cozy place with fantastic location, close to the Lapad beach and supermaket. The studio is situated in the centre of the promenade. The equipment was sufficient. We really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you!

Disappointing

The apartment was neat and clean, located close to a bus stop that goes directly to the Old Town, the beach and plenty of restaurant.

The airconditioner is directly above the bed, blowing on you the whole evening. We had to pay cash, as the information stating that you can pay by card at the property was wrong. We were sent so many messages about this cash payment, even WhatsApp’ed to my private number. This left such a bad taste in my mouth.

The area was exceptionnal, and the flat was great!

It should be noted that one of the switches is for the water heater, so that you don't turn it off by reflex and end up with no hot water until the host clears it up.

Exceptional

It's a really nice, cosy apartment. Next to the bars, eestaurants and close to the beach...to reach the Old town you can take a bus which is 3 min away. Also grocery shop Tomy was near 150m from apartment. Really recommend this place, perfect for 2 persons.

The apartment is perfect for 2 persons. The ubicación is perfect in a walk street plenty of bars and almost over the beach (sunset beach). The zone is residential. There is bus confections to go everywhere. And the owner very kind. I would come over again if I need.

Just the wifi wasn’t so good. The signal so low we couldn’t do some work. But it’s enough for WhatsApp, mails, etc.

Excellent location. Transportation recommended by host was excellent (Zoran, in particular, was a wonderful impromptu tour guide). Studio apartment was a nice break from eating in restaurants. I would live here if given the opportunity!

Over all it’s all ok

Close to restaurants, shopping, bus stop and beaches. Safe for family with kiddos. I also like the washing machine.

The stairs going up to the apartment and beds and sofa bed are not too comfortable and also there’s not enough pillows and they add a cleaning fees.

Nos permitieron hacer el check in antes del horario establecido. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, y dotado con secador, bastante papel higiénico, nevera, toallas de recambio, sábanas, cojines, gel de ducha, etc. También cuenta con cafetera nespresso y microondas. La ubicación es genial, a tan solo 7 minutos andado de la playa de Lapad. La anfitriona muy atenta.

Se podría intentar cambiar el sofá por una cama individual. El termo de agua caliente daba fallo a veces y tardaba en recargarse.

La posizione ottima…vicinissimo alla spiaggia con ristoranti e pub nonché supermercati Consiglio vivamente di fare la spesa da Tommy, molto più rifornito e con prezzi più accessibili rispetto a Studenac

Bisogna contattare l’host per avere informazioni Appartamento al secondo piano senza ascensore per giunta con ingresso dal ristorante e affaccio del balcone sulla cucina del suddetto ristorante con il risultato di non poter usufruirne per gli odori forti che salgono Lavandino del bagno otturato Bagno rifornito con 2 soli rotoli di carta igienica per 4 persone per 4 giorni Divano letto non preparato Non fate tardi al check out perché alle 10 precise bussano le signore delle pulizie
