The accommodation is in a good location near the Arena di Verona. The historic city center and major attractions are within walking distance. The room was comfortable and adequately heated. The owner was very friendly.
We experienced some communication issues. On the day of arrival, we did not receive the self check-in instructions as agreed the day before via WhatsApp. On the day of arrival, we had difficulty contacting the accommodation through Booking, WhatsApp, and by phone. On the entrance door, there were two different phone numbers written on two seemingly identical notes (only one number is listed on Booking), which we did not notice at first. After unsuccessful calls to one number, we tried the other, and then everything went smoothly. It would make sense to have all phone numbers written on a single note or also published on Booking. There is room for improvement regarding breakfast, for example fresh croissants.

A nice place to stay right in the centre of Verona with easy access to the sights. Lovely clean room. The manager was really helpful and efficient. We enjoyed our short stay.
Better selection of serials and perhaps some juice would have enhanced things, but it was not a problem.

It was very clean and very quiet and very comfortable
It said it comes with breakfast but it wasn’t 😏only very basic, on the first day it was some delicious Croissants and cake pastry 🥮🥐 no butter or cheese or bread or anything!!!
