Weak internet in the rooms, no washing machine in the room... There is the option of self-service washing and drying for a fee.

Family owners live in La-La land

Beautiful apartment, like new.

On arrival owner demands 50 euro cash in case we leave food in fridge or don't empty dishwasher, or whatever. Apartment is in roof space so there is much banging of heads. There is a drying rack but no iron or coat hangers. There is a drip coffee maker, with no filters and a tiny amount of coffee. There was one tea bag. No ice tray. Apartment is over 100m from hotel/restaurant/reception. Reception is rarely staffed. Restaurant offered to sell me some ice. WTF. Apartment building is on a hill, parking space is above house, you walk your suitcases down a long concrete stairway, round house and up two flights of stairs. Wi-Fi is useless, extremely slow and constantly drops out. We went to tourism office in Schlucksee to access internet. We travel 3 months of the year, we are Genius level 3 travelers on Booking.com. Never experienced such nonchalance.

Very clean and well furnished apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Neat bathroom with all amenities. Perfect location and charming host. The view from apartment window was stunning 🤩.

Wifi was bit slow which can be improved but no other issues.

Perfect holiday apartment

The apartment was very confortable and spacious for a family (of 3, in our case, but could have easily fit 4), very clean, had everything in place for self-catering. The building itself is very well kept, and clean. In a pictoresque and quiet location, great views. Just a few meters away they have their own restaurant with excellent dinners and breakfast. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. It is located a short drive away (max 10 mins) from two skiing facilities (slopes, ski school, sledding etc). We will definitely return in the future!

A jewel in the Black Forest

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Very clean, with a good range of equipment and some necessities provided. Very friendly hosts. Good restaurant in the main building. Our second stay here, and really nothing to complain about - would definitely come again.

Only a few small things - the pillows were way too soft, a mop would definitely come in handy to clean the floor and maybe another pot or two could be useful in the kitchen for longer stays. And mosquito nets in the windows. Otherwise perfect.

Perfect location for active holiday

The apartment has all facilities necessary to make it feel at home. The staff is super friendly. The area is quiet, many hiking routes start at a walking distance which makes it a great destination for all looking for an active holdiday in nature. Breakfast and dinner can be booked at the hotel, but there is also a supermarket 2,5 km away and a reasonable number of other restaurants at a driving distance.

Es war perfekt, so eine tolle Unterkunft!

Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber, bequeme Betten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, ebenfalls der Ski-Lift. Parkplatz vorhanden, auf Sonderwünsche bei der Buchung wurde eingegangen und hervorragend umgesetzt. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin. Wir sind begeistert!

Sehr schöne und saubere Apartments. Frühstück war hervorragend, es war alles da was nach braucht. Auf Anfrage wurde auch schnell wieder nachgefüllt. Danke auch an das freundliche Servicepersonal.

Wegbeschreibung (vom Hotel „Grüner Baum“) zum Apartement-Haus könnte etwas besser sein. Haben es dann doch schnell gefunden, nachdem wir einen Nachbarn gefragt haben. 😉

Tres bel appart au calme au cœur de la forêt noire

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour dans ce bel appartement très bien équipé, bien situé, au calme et proche des principaux sites et activités a faire dans la region. Nous avons aussi ete très bien accueilli par la réceptionniste de l hôtel qui gère les appartements.

El sitio es espectacular y el alojamiento muy bonito. Las camas son cómodas, aparcamos fuera justo al lado del apartamento y comimos muy bien en Hotel Restaurante de más abajo.
