Beautiful accommodation in a great location. The apartment is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owner was helpful and the communication was via whatsapp and he responded immediately. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was great for us, a party of 6 people, with three bedrooms and a fold out bed in the lounge. The location is amazing also with many activities and beaches nearby

We had to wait for the main entrance to be opened by one of the inmates of 100s of flats inside. Fortunately, we didnt wait for more than 5 minutes. Host is very helpful and friendly. Thats the main highlight of this property, other than the location. If you want to visit Valcano Teite, the pick up point is just a few minutes' walk. Within 5 minutes walk you get big supermarkets.

We search for properties with a private pool or at least a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a big pool, but that is shared by more than 100 flats. So no privacy and most of the time it is crowded. The property has only a shower, and that too is very small, and the drain gets clogged if you shower for more than a minute. The bed and mattress in the property do not match. The bed is a super king, and the mattress is king-size. So while getting down in the night, you should be careful. I fell two times and got used to in the next 2 days. Security - Outside access doors do not have proper locks. They were held together by a bolt which can fall down if someone kicks a couple of times from outside. The front door is not fully locable either using the key or latch. I can provide videos or photos. So we had to carry all the valuables like the laptop, passports and the camera with us always. The induction hob - if you keep in 8 (of 9), it takes ages to make an omelette, but if you keep in 9, it charred the omelette in 15 seconds. I think the property was not used for some weeks for sure as we got stron fungal smell in the quilt and pillows. For 2 of us its big property as this has got 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 7-8 people. But we ourselves suffered with bath usage. So how 7-8 people can bath is a big question.
