Easy to find.Very convenient location for Gills Bay ferry. Personally checked in by owner, despite late (11pm) arrival. Breakfast self-service and free.

Room was good size & it was warm
Unfortunately our room was damp, not very clean and had a bad smell. We felt uncomfortable and wanted to leave.
