Stay was sold as room only nevertheless some breakfast essentials left for us.

Perfect location, right in the middle of the Dales. Cosy and clean place with all the facilities you’d need. Jo was flexible with our check in given we arrived an hour after we had originally planned and gave us a warm welcome. I’d definitely recommend to weary hikers like us.

Location . Cleanliness and comfort of the bed very good.
Booking.com description of the property was misleading.
Room too small for a double. No table, no chair. Complimentary breakfast tray was only provided once. Nowhere to sit and eat except on the bed. Refrigerator extremely small . But at least the owner put our cold bag in her spare fridge.
