Giulio was extremely friendly and responsive, always giving us great local tips. He even helped us coordinate with delivery drivers when we ordered food. The amenities were great—everything was there except toothpaste (toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, and slippers were provided). Breakfast included croissants, toast, and jam, plus available tea and coffee. The mini-bar was also regularly refilled with water and juice. Comfortable soft bed, working air conditioning, and Netflix on the TV. Great location close to two metro stations and a leisurely 20-minute walk to the Colosseum.

The room was beautiful and clean, and breakfast was delivered in the evening for the following morning. It is close to the metro, and the bus stops that go to the city center are very close to the building where the accommodation is located. The breakfast was quite modest, so don’t expect anything special.
We paid for breakfast, and despite that, the staff did not bring breakfast for the last morning. And they also didn’t take the dishes from the previous day to clean them.
