Great location to get around Rome but a nice and quiet place to relax/sleep in. Very residential and safe. Metros are nearby so you can easily come back and go again later in the day. Lots of eateries and coffee shops nearby which are cheap and cheerful.
Apartment was very clean and tidy, and even the additional single bed was comfortable and suitable for an adult.
The check in is confusing as our booking was declined as we weren’t checking in between staffed hours but it had a self check in service. This seems normal practice, but stressful.
The other negative was that noise travels through the complex due to thin walls and laminate flooring so ear plugs needed depending on other guests staying.

Great quiet neighborhood away that makes it feel like home. Room was super clean and beds were comfy. Shower area was a nice size compared to other locations. The location had an A/C and we had it in the coldest temperature and it was comfortable. With the outside temps in the 50s-60s. In the summer time it will probably not cool the room for comfort.
From the photos it seemed like it was a property with multiple rooms. Upon arrival it’s one single room with numerous beds. The hot water didn’t work and with the customer service only available from 1030-1830 my family had to either take super cold showers or wait until the morning until it was resolved. There is no emergency line to fix these issues. A bit overpriced for a room with 6 beds and no kitchen.

It was clean and modern.
Self check-in was a pain and information wasn’t sent to us on how to do that until we were literally standing on the curb with our suitcases even though I repeatedly asked beforehand. The shower and toilet were both broken. The location is in a charming and safe neighborhood, but not ideal if you’re touring Rome. We spent a lot of time on the bus just trying to get back to the apartment.
