La ubicación excelente, cerca de tranvía, metro, supermercados y restaurantes. Ambiente muy familiar y pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos. La zona tiene muchas tiendas cerca, y es super tranquila y acogedora. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda y el desayuno excelente.

Excellent location on the edge of city center, a short one block walk to the trams or metro to get around Milan and to restaurants. Our room came with a parking spot on the owner’s property inside a private gate, a big plus due to the limited available street parking in this mostly residential area. This is a beautifully maintained 3-story house that has been in the family for several generations. There are 4 individual units on the first floor. The host/owner, Paola, is by far the nicest host of any of the 108 places we have stayed in Europe in our 10 years of travel. She took an incredible amount of time explaining the features and history of Milan and walked us outside a few blocks to show us where to catch the tram and where to have lunch. She also made dinner reservations for us for both nights of our stay. The food at the Bugande’ on the canal was excellent, Paola reserved a table inside by the window, the best seat in the house. Don’t sit outside unless you don’t mind getting disturbed by street people trying to sell you something. Very nice breakfast buffet in a common dining room. Paola made eggs for my wife and I each morning, nicely prepared and cooked to perfection.
Paola is such a wonderful host that I hate to say anything negative. I would have liked to rate this property a 10 but the room and bathroom were on the small side, we had the Red Room, the online pictures are deceiving. The walk-in shower was very narrow. The mattress was not very good, it needs to be upgraded. Central A/C that you don’t have control over, but the temperature was fine during our stay.
