We have transformed this home into a comfortable modern retreat!. We just ask that you read house manual for check in and check out information and agree to follow the few requests we have listed. We want everyone that comes to enjoy their time with friends and family!
Each room unique in its own design. Plenty of things to keep you and your guests entertained; pool table, pool, large spa, and we've even provided games like Corn hole and Jenga to enjoy. You will never want to leave! If you choose to, you are only blocks away from all the action including Casino, shopping, restaurants, festivals & nature! Don't forget to take a short drive to view iconic celebrity homes such as Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Liberace, Marilyn Monroe & more! Palm Springs is a vibrant community with endless entertainment!
Relax in your own private estate, with a spacious and completely private backyard with a sparkling pool and brand new over-sized custom spa, waterfall with lighting features to enjoy your evening night. Enjoy an evening sunset with a gorgeous view of the San Jacinto Mountains, relaxing by the fire-pit, or grilling on the barbecue .
HEATING THE POOL & SPA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATES.

Pool heat is $80/day, spa heat is $40/day or both for a discounted rate depending on your length of stay.
Our guests are comfortably provided for with 4 bedrooms to choose from. Each one individually decorated with their own style, and equipped with flat screen Smart TV's with Netflix, Ruku, Hulu, Spectrum & Cable . Two Master ensuite rooms with Cal-king sized beds, and two with a queen beds. The 5th room has a full bathroom, 2 queen beds, pool table and cocktail area with fireplace we haven’t partitions to separate space and sleeping that are potable to accommodate our guests preference for privacy since there are two queen beds in this room. We have also added two twin roll away bedd that can be set up in any space or bedrooms. You can easily accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. With 5 bathrooms to choose from, everyone will have space to get ready for a great night out in the vibrant community of Palm Springs! Bathroom details: (1)Walk-in Shower/Toilet (1st Master), (2) Walk-in Shower/Toilet, (3) Shower & Tub Combo/Toilet (2nd Master), (4) Shower & Tub Combo/Toilet.
Other amenities we offer are a 2-car garage, plus additional parking in the driveway. (Up to 5 vehicles). Bicycles for our guests (Winter Months Only) to take a cruise around town. Wifi provided. The property is surrounded with privacy trees, security gates and cameras to add privacy and security to our valued guests.

The location is amazing! Neighboring The Movie Colony & Sunrise Park. This home is located on a corner lot in the Oasis del sol District. The back yard backs up to a busy street, but we have a water feature and Bluetooth speaker to enjoy your music of choice. Therefore, you can play your music, enjoy your conversations with your company and not worry about any neighbors being disturbed. We are just a few short blocks from Downtown; close enough to walk or ride bicycles. Bikes are provided to our guests at all times except in summer. Guests have reported sightings of Hollywood stars jogging by. Palm Springs offers several casinos, golf courses, hiking trails, and tours! The possibilities are endless! Plenty to explore & an amazing community!

If you would like to take an adventurous view of the San Jacinto Mountains, we suggest taking the Aerial Tramway to see the view from the TOP! The city of Palm Springs also provides several other adventurous ways to get around town, like riding the Social Cycle Pedal Pub! No better way to see Palm Springs, but with a refreshing drink in hand!

Celebrated a milestone birthday with a girls trip to PS. The house was perfect. The game room was ideal for the teens and the ladies all head plenty of space in the other 4 bedrooms. The pool and yard were beautiful. The owner was extremely communicative and accommodating before, during and after trip. Would definitely stay here again. Also- bonus- home is down the street from Frank Sinatra’s home and within a mile or 2 of almost everything. Totally walkable, definitely bikable and a 5 Uber ride to downtown if you don’t want to walk/ride.

We had an amazing time at this house. It was a perfect get away with the kids and friends to relax and unwind. Would 100% recommend and would stay again! Until next time Palm Springs...

The house was in a convenient location and had a great layout for families. The pool and hot tub was great.

A few girlfriends and I stayed for a long weekend. The location was great and as described - about a 20 minute walk to downtown, or a 4 minute Uber ride, and really close to the movie colony. There was plenty of space fr all of us, and lots of room inside and outside for hanging out. The house wasn't as clean as it should have been and there weren't very good pots and pans available, so we weren't able to cook any meals - but we didn't mind going out all that much.
