Great location in centre of the Historic area. Although in a busy area the property itself was very quiet. . Only 3 rooms which suited us as it was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast on the patio was served by our two wonderful owners, Valentina and Dario. Darios omelettes were the best. 👍 The information we were given by Valentina about places to visit, how to get there etc was excellent. She was very knowledgeable about Naples. We enjoyed chatting to her about the history of Naples, the way of life and the changes to the city over the years. the churches, museums areas to visit. Best times to visit, best restaurants and best beers.🤣 She was always on hand and could be reached by what’s app if any queries which was very helpful to us. Nothing was a problem for her. She sent directions on Google map to us on various occasions and booked tickets for the excursions we were interested in and arranged transport if needed.
There was an elevator to the top floor where the property was which I thought was very quirky but always on my mind coming back at night wondering if it would be working. Did mind the stairs down but would not have enjoyed walking up. Luckily we had no problem with it when we stayed there. I’m confident that Valentina would sort it out quickly if necessary . The property is basic but has lovely touches. We were made to feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge was stocked up every day if needed. The drinks available were very reasonable. Air conditioning in room was great especially as the temperatures outside were in the mid 30s.

Wonderful hospitality from Valentina in a well located, clean, and comfortable accommodation. Lovely breakfast on the terrace each morning with the view of a 13th century church as a backdrop is hard to beat.

Breakfast prepared by the host was very good. The terrace overlooking an abandoned church is a great place to have breakfast and relax in the day. Very close to the main train station. straight walk around 10 min and easy to find.
The decor of the room could be better.
