Stay: July 2026 I had a truly perfect stay and would book this accommodation again without hesitation. The room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights was the balcony with its wonderful view. I really enjoyed sitting there in the morning or evening and taking in the atmosphere. The communication with the hosts was excellent from beginning to end. I was able to leave my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They always replied quickly to my messages and even checked in during my stay to make sure everything was going well and to ask if I needed anything. A very special thank you for the thoughtful birthday surprise. When I returned in the evening on my birthday, I found a small birthday gift hanging on my door. It was such a kind and unexpected gesture that made my day even more special. The location was also excellent. The accommodation is centrally located with great access to public transport, while both the central train station and the ferry port are within walking distance (within a 15-minute walk). It was the perfect base for exploring Naples and taking day trips.

camera ampia e bagno completo con una bella doccia. Ambiente pulito e confortevole. Vicinanza a via dei tribunali ed a Spaccanapoli fantastica.

I quattro piani a piedi si son fatti sentire con i 38 gradi presenti durante la nostra permanenza. Una cosa che migliorerei nella stanza, sono i cuscini, ma per gusto personale.

Central Naples location. Great big room with comfortable bed. We never met the proprietor but she kept in touch with us every day to see if we needed anything. She was lovely.

This room is on the fifth floor in a very old building. There is no elevator. My wife and I travel with backpacks so getting up all those stairs was not terrible. If you have heavy suitcases or are out of shape then this room is not for you. You will not make it to the fifth floor. It is advertised that there is a coffee maker. There is a kettle to boil water only. There is a refrigerator(?) in the room but it holds at most a sheet of paper and is cooled to 60 degrees.
