location, large outdoor space, large house, pizza and shop nearby, owners responsive.
needs to be maintained better -house needs better cleaning & decluttering, paint from pool came off, outside shower was filthy, table tennis and some racquets were unusable, kitchen layout weird. had to go straight out on arrival for essentials (milk, coffee, tea, toilet rolls etc )
