Wonderful stay in a wonderful location.

Great location and site. I particularly loved the open air feel to the restaurant - and of course the amazing views across the valley. Good tips for day trips out to nearby watering holes.

The games room / gym was a little basic and difficult to access at times.

Perfecto👌

Very cool- I came with my 2 nieces whom love this place also. The swimming area has natural mountain water feeding the pool. The rooms were tasteful finished. We loved it!

Great hotel in Tuscany

Everything was great, we had an amazing stay dispute the bad weather. Our room was very big and cosy, food was great as well (both breakfast and restaurant). Sea is 30min away, many hikes to do in the area, plenty of small villages to visit

Beautiful property run by a beautiful Lady

We loved it all but most of all we loved Mrs. Conti. The location is bit off the main road and the drive can be a bit challenging up the hill but I can assure you it's worth it. The rooms are very spacious, with everything you need - they gave us big bottles of filtered water to have in the room complimentary, there was a kettle, espresso machine, some free goodies, and I asked for milk because I wake up early and wanted to have coffee on the terrace and they filled a small pitched and just gladly handed it to me. The view from the terrace is out of this world. We had dinner at their restaurant which is beautiful, the food is not your typical but wonderful flavors and everything home made. Breakfast had eggs made to order, fresh breads, cheese, meats and everything we asked for. It is one of these places that you don't want to leave, I wish I could stay longer.

The big bath towels are made from a special thin material which we thought wasn't great, other but that everything was perfect!

Relaxing, generous and welcoming.

I really liked the family run feeling of the place. Cornelia the owner is a very generous host who has a natural relaxed leadership style. Her sons were around as it was the summer holiday and her eldest was the waiter/maitre dis. I liked getting to know them and felt they like their customers too.

There were a lot of kids but it was the summer holidays so we were totally fine. I would say if you want a romantic get away, which it is perfect for... that you should avoid high season (july/august) and head for autumn or spring.

We had a wonderful stay. Loved everything about the place, especially the surroundings and the food, which was delicious & reasonably priced. We will definitely be back again.

Guests with children at the pool should be more considerate to others guests. The pool is for everyone to enjoy and everyone has the right to a peaceful holiday.

Exceptional

Very cozy and comfy place to relax and charge your batteries. The bio-lake is awesome, you feel like swimming in a laguna with crystal clear water. There are also fantastic activities around like hiking areas or adventures exploration of rivers. Food and restaurant serving high quality dishes which are just delicious. All in all a lovely place to spend some nights.

Very quiet. And still good accessible from the highway, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Spacious rooms. Excellent food. Interesting hicking trails. Nice idea: make visit to the marble mountains in Carara.

Great rooms, beautiful remote location

- huge room with large terrace and huge bathroom. Loves the Arab style decor and touches such as candles etc - great views - quiet location

- you can only eat at their restaurant unless you drive down the mountain. Whilst food was good, the menu was not great. Winter food in the summer, 2 beef dishes, only 1 veggie dish. I struggled choosing something - breakfast was not included and at 10€ it was expensive. - it’s a large agriturismo but it doesn’t have staff so bar/ reception are unmanned. We could not get a drink till 7 pm. An honesty bar would be a good addition - it’s child friendly and when we were there, there were a lot of kids. Nice for families but does not make for a peaceful environment

La struttura è molto bella ed immersa bella natura, anche se in pieno inverno la camera era piacevolmente calda; al ristorante si mangia molto bene, hanno ottime etichette dei vini e c'è tanto km 0 nei piatti. Il personale è molto gentile e cortese

Bellissima struttura, camera spaziosa pulita e ben curata.

Camera magnifica, spaziosa, arredata benissimo, tutto pulito e curato, con un bel terrazzo con vista, letto molto confortevole, grande, comodo, bagno grande con doccia spaziosa, insomma tutto molto agevole e rilassante.

Sinceramente nulla, ci siamo trovati benissimo, tutto era curato e di grande qualità pertanto non ci sentiamo di fare alcuna critica, la struttura è ben tenuta e lo staff e il personale gentili e attenti.

Ein gut geführtes Hotel mitten in der Natur

Eigentlich war fast alles perfekt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet. Vor allem aber ist die ganze Masseria wunderschön. Wir haben auch köstlich im Restaurant gegessen. Wir können das Hotel eigentlich nur empfehlen.

Der Lärm der anderen Gäste in der Nacht war leider kaum zu ertragen. Da es sich um ein altes Gebäude handelt, sind die Zimmer leider nicht gut schallisoliert. Das wäre eigentlich kein Problem, aber wir hatten halt das Pech, das Hotel mit respektlosen Gästen zu teilen.

Prachtig mooi verblijf op een schitterende locatie gelegen in de heuvels van Toscane!

Prachtige locatie! Hotel ligt schitterend tegen de heuvels met een geweldig restaurant met een zeer gevarieerde kaart en een heerlijk zwembad.

Locatie is te hoog en omgeving is te steil om er te gaan fietsen. Zelfs met E-Bike goede conditie verreist.

Struttura riadattata con molta cura e arrredata con attenzione nel rispetto del contesto. Bella la piscina e gli spazi verdi che circondano la struttura. Ristorante di qualità ... ma un tantino caro.

Et virkeligt skønt sted med en dejlig afslappet og venlig stemning, skøn beliggenhed og smuk udsigt.

Ligger smukt og er et meget skønt og smukt sted, indrettet både ude og inde med god stil. Og der var pinligt rent. Bio poolen var dejlig. Værelset med terrasse var stort og dejligt indrettet. Badeværelset var fantastisk. Men sengen var meget hård. Der var ikke aircondition, men en lofts vifte, så der var lidt varmt om natten. Men med terrassedør åben og gardinet trykket for gik det fint for os - og bedre for klimaet. Super venligt personale, som rigtigt gerne deler ud af tips til området. God morgenmad i en dejlig restaurant, der også serverer rigtig god aftensmad.

Sengen var simpelthen for hård.

een verrassing

de keuken is zeer verrassend. een voortreffelijke kok en een zeer aangename bediening. de weg ernaar toe is avontuurlijk en er is constante vrees voor tegenliggers. gelukkig zeer weinig en zeer begrijpende Italiaanse chauffeurs. prachtige streek en zeer rustige verpozing.

Luogo incantevole e rilassante

Posto veramente incantevole. Questa cascina è stata ristrutturata molto bene: le camere erano ampie (con fantastica vista sulle montagne) e la zona esterna molto rilassante. L'arredamento delle camere è medio-orientale, danno un tocco particolare. Disponibile il parcheggio scoperto per le moto.

La strada per arrivare alla cascina non è delle più pratiche, piuttosto stretta con vari tornanti, ma considerando il tipo di struttura, ne vale la pena. Colazione inadatta a richieste dietetiche particolari (dieta vegana), nonostante la richiesta fatta in anticipo. Ho trovato molto strano che la proprietaria rimanesse nella sala per le colazioni, nel tavolo centrale, a gestire i pagamenti. L'ho trovato poco indicato e abbastanza invadente, avrei apprezzato più riservatezza. I pasti cucinati non mi sono sembrati all'altezza del prezzo, specialmente considerato che in zona si mangia benissimo e a prezzi piu accessibili.
