Luxurious and Comfortable.

The place was so spacious and comfortable for our family. We wish we could have stayed longer! The beds in particular were the most comfortable beds we had in our entire trip in Italy! Nice and soft! The place was beautifully clean and well equipped for all our needs. We didn’t get to use the spa but this was certainly a luxurious addition. A few minutes walk from the train station.

Exceptional

We were 17 people and there was a plenty of space. Location is amazing , in the waterfront of the city, with boat connection to Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Lovely

Hatalmas lakás, modern felszereléssel, nagyobb csoportoknak ideális. Volt elegendő kapszula a mosogatógéphez, kávékapszula, tusfürdő, minden ami kellemesebbé teszi a tartózkodást. Jó kommunikáció, részletes információkat kaptunk már foglaláskor, Rugalmas, zökkenőmentes kulcsátadás. A tengerparti sétány a ház előtt, a hajókikötő csak pár perc séta, a belvárosi sétálóutcák is pár perc alatt elérhetőek.

A vasútállomás kb. 25 perc séta, aki főleg vonattal közlekedne és nehezebben mozog, annak ez gond lehet.

l'appartement est au top à tous les niveaux!! nous reviendrons très certainement pour plus longtemps...

Il serait préférable de préciser avant l'arrivée que l'appartement est situé en zone non circulable pour éviter d'être flashés par les système de caméra de la ville, nous attendons notre amende (x2 puisque nous avions 2 véhicules) tant pis... Manque d'eau chaude pour le jacuzzi, petite déception pour notre petite fille de 5 ans

Befana 2025 alla Spezia

Appartamento molto bello in ottima posizione vicino al centro di La Spezia.Eravamo un gruppo di 19 persone e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo utilizzato la cucina per alcune colazioni ed il pranzo della domenica e c'era tutto il necessario.

L'appartamento è incantevole, adatto ad un gruppo di amici numeroso. La posizione è centralissima. Pulizia ottima

Ci sono ancora delle cose da migliorare per arrivare ad un 10. Purtroppo non erano presenti i saponi per fare la doccia, le cialde del caffè non bastavano per coprire il numero di ospiti per le notti totali per cui avevamo prenotato
