Villa Sebastian- Incomparabile vista sul mare

Lieu absolument magique avec charmante maison entière à disposition, composée de 2 dômes blancs et cuisine séparée, magnifique et grand jardin méditerranéen avec vue sur la mer, et au loin Syracuse et l'Etna. Plein de petits recoins pour se reposer en admirant la vue. Bons équipements. Accès à la mer par un chemin (bonnes chaussures à prévoir, pas plage mais rochers). Proche de Syracuse en voiture. Angela est charmante et parle bien français. 1 chambre avec lit double et une chambre avec lits superposés. Possibilité de garer la voiture dans le jardin. Superette proche en voiture. Gros coup de cœur !

Douche un peu petite mais il y a aussi une douche extérieure avec eau chaude.

The vista and location are second to none. The only thing separating our perch from the ocean is a national park extending 7km long and 500M wide along the coast, offering daily hikes and constant tranquility.

It was a bit tight for five people. This is not an issue when the weather is fine but we had two wet/cold days so the small confinement was felt then. But when you can make use of the outdoor accoutrements, then it is ample space.

Accueil exceptionnel d'Angela toujours disponible pour répondre aux questions. Maison top avec superbe jardin avec vue sur lever du soleil, la mer, Syracuse et même l'Etna par temps clair. Le calme du quartier, balades possibles en bord de mer et accès à des criques à 10min à pied sous réserve d'être bien équipés. On s'y est sentis mieux qu'à la maison !

Si il faut mettre qqch... le fait de devoir prendre la voiture pour aller faire des courses ou aller au restaurant.

It looks beautiful in the pictures, but the house and surroundings need renovation. There is no information that the kitchen is the summer kitchen is in the second building and between the roof and the window sill there is a hole through which stray cats enter. The shower cabin is 60/60 - people 170 and 190 cannot comfortably take a shower. Passages in the corridor in the house are 170 cm high... The path to the seaside should be closed or repaired because the rock is crumbling and it is easy to have an accident. A lot of abandoned houses nearby, garbage, wild cats and dogs...
