Located in Plemmirio, Villa 'Casa Vacanza Cristina' offers a comfortable setting for your holidays. The two-level property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for remote work, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, and TV.
You will have exclusive access to the private outdoor area with pool and open terrace. The pool area is furnished for dining and relaxation, with a pool (depth: 1.3 m) featuring a saltwater whirlpool and an emotional waterfall, always available.
The owner lives in the villa with her son. Her presence ensures that rooms and bathrooms are cleaned and tidied daily, with linen changed every 3 nights. She is available for breakfasts, lunches on request, and support in organizing local activities—always respecting your privacy and making you feel at ease. Please note, the internal staircase to the upper apartment (where the host lives) is shared.
There is also a complete outdoor kitchen (fridge, wood oven, freezer) and an outdoor shower with a bathroom accessible to all. Laundry area available.
Supermarket just 20 meters away, nearest beach about 5 minutes by car. Four on-site parking spaces and free street parking available.
Included services: daily cleaning and tidying, linen and towel change every 3 nights, beach towels and umbrella, laundry service included.
Services available for an extra fee: on-site massages, home-cooked lunches and dinners with local products, and private chef.

The house was so comfortable and the host treated us like family. The host will cook delicious meals for a small amount of euros. It was such a pleasure to stay at Villa Casa Vacanza. We can’t wait until our return next year.

Our host Christina called us immediately after our reservation to clarify our time of arrival along with directions (not accurate on the VRBO site). Christina cooked an amazing Italian dinner pool side with music. Comfortable beds, beautiful home and an amazing host! 5 star review.

We had a fantastic time! Kristina was very attentive and was available to help with anything we needed. She prepared us a great breakfast every day and even went out of her way to get us a birthday cake for a friends birthday. We were in town for a wedding at the hotel nearby and this was a great location to stay offsite.
