Located in Plemmirio, Villa 'Casa Vacanza Cristina' offers a comfortable setting for your holidays. The two-story property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee maker, and TV.
Guests have exclusive access to a private outdoor area with pool and open terrace. The poolside area is furnished for dining and relaxing, with a pool (depth: 1.3 m) featuring therapeutic saltwater whirlpool and an emotional waterfall, available at any time. Cristina lives in the villa with her son and is available to assist with breakfasts, lunches on request, and local arrangements—always respectful of guests' privacy and ensuring they feel completely at ease. There is also a complete outdoor kitchen (fridge, wood oven, freezer) and an outdoor shower with a full bathroom accessible to all guests. The property also offers a laundry area.
A supermarket is just 20 meters away, and the nearest beach is about 5 minutes by car. The property provides 4 parking spaces and free street parking.
Included services: daily cleaning and tidying, linen and towel change every 3 nights, beach towels and umbrella, laundry area with included service.
Services available on request for an extra fee: on-site massages, homemade lunches and dinners with local products, and private chef.

The house was so comfortable and the host treated us like family. The host will cook delicious meals for a small amount of euros. It was such a pleasure to stay at Villa Casa Vacanza. We can’t wait until our return next year.

Our host Christina called us immediately after our reservation to clarify our time of arrival along with directions (not accurate on the VRBO site). Christina cooked an amazing Italian dinner pool side with music. Comfortable beds, beautiful home and an amazing host! 5 star review.

We had a fantastic time! Kristina was very attentive and was available to help with anything we needed. She prepared us a great breakfast every day and even went out of her way to get us a birthday cake for a friends birthday. We were in town for a wedding at the hotel nearby and this was a great location to stay offsite.

The host is wonderful and could not do enough for us. She went to great lengths to welcome us with an Italian cocktail hour feast and drink. The accommodations are fine.
The listing needs to clarify that one is actually in the host’s house and not in a separate unit. A little awkward although the host stayed downstairs while our rooms were upstairs.
The kitchen and outdoor areas were very good.
