Premium Lisbon Design Flat - Príncipe Real

The flat is really well located, wirth so many great things walking distance, and is large enough for two not to step into each other's shoes. The host was communicative and sent everything prior.

The check-in/out times are quite restrictive. 10:00 is really too early, especially when the check-in time is 16:00, so it felt like not accommodating for clients (or you have to pay extra). The flat is really not soundproof - you can hear everything from the neighbours, therefore if you're sensitive, get your good earplugs. That's not the owner's fault, however worth noting. We didn't feel like the bathroom was super clean (but the cleaner had left the cleaning products on the table on arrival), and the flush was half broken. Bed could be a size extra. There is not even sugar or tea in the flat, which for the price you pay, you could leave a few bags (every hotel would have them, so it's a bit odd to find literally nothing). To be fair, we were a bit disappointed, but location is a big plus. Owners pushing you to give 10 as a rating was really a negative to both me & my friend. Make your apartment a 10, and we will definitely give it.
