Good location
Property needs some maintenance. Front door is half fallen off its hinges. The shower is a challenge. Good thing I’m thin. Too small. Needs doors. Shower curtain adjusted so one doesn’t trip on it. The shower bar lowered. It needs maintenance. The clothes washing machine was not functional. No instructions on how to use it. Messaged the host twice. No answer.

Muy buena localización. Todo muy limpio y cómodo. Se nos rompió la alcachofa de la ducha y fuimos atendidos rápidamente.
Imposible conectarse al wifi y el grifo de la ducha no paraba de gotear.

Die Lage.
Grundsätzlich eine gute Wohnung in Top-Lage, ABER, sie ist extrem alt und alles fällt demnächst auseinander. Für den Preis OK, könnte aber etwas günstiger sein. Muss jetzt nicht noch einmal sein, da gebe ich lieber paar € mehr aus. Sauberkeit war OK, wenn man von den ganzen Flecken auf den Teppichen absieht.
