It was cleaned every day and the staff was friendly, the housekeeping personal was very professional and helpful
Going up 4 floors with the stairs. You could hear everything and the other guests were very noisy and kept us from sleeping. The hallway light turns on very frequently and shines through the door, which was also disturbing at night.
