Proche du centre, facilement accessible et un service hôte par WhatsApp efficace.
Une chambre avec un grand lit confortable mais pas de porte pour séparer du salon.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais les équipements ont l'air en très bon état.
Salle de bain assez bien.
L'établissement se trouve dans un quartier très animé parfois jusqu'à 4h du matin. Si vous souhaitez passer une nuit paisible, ce n'est pas le meilleur emplacement.
Aussi, certains murs présentent de la moisissure côté salon, c'est ok mais ça ne fait pas une bonne impression lorsqu'on découvre le lieu.

The apartment was large and had everything we needed. It even had aircon, which was great for sleeping at night. It was easy to register (just giving passport details through a link) before the stay and the keys were easy to collect. While the area is a very lively one, with lots of bars right outside the door, we didn’t find it hard to sleep as closing the balcony doors kept out most of the sound. And it was nice being able to get dinner/drinks right outside the apartment door!
The aircon had a slight musty smell but it wasn’t that noticeable and I would MUCH rather have it than not.

La cercanía con el centro de Lisboa y había todo lo necesario.
Había alguna “cucarachita” y es un piso ruidoso, enfrente hay una escuela infantil y por la mañana temprano pasan a recoger el vidrio, y se oye todo.

The apartment was very spacious, with an unusual but interesting layout that made it feel unique. It was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of room to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, which was a great advantage during our stay.The location was another strong point. It was within walking distance of the city center, making it easy to explore the area on foot, while also being conveniently close to a metro station for getting around the city.
On the downside, the apartment is located in an area with several nightlife venues and bars nearby. As a result, noise levels at night were quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another issue was whenever other guests were cooking, food smells would often enter our apartment, which was sometimes unpleasant.
