The apt is congested with small rooms, very small linear kitchen. It is old but bathrooms are updated. On the plus side, the location is close to Centro if that is your preference. We discovered other parts of Lisbon that are lovely and have the food and entertainment (which is what Centro offers), so we will be staying there for future trips. That said, we nothing against this apt. It is as per the description

It was comfortable, clean and the two bathrooms were necessary for a family. The location was pretty central and the kitchen was quite functional
The single room could have had an AC or at least a window
