Lovely smaller hotel. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.Ditha took care of all our needs with a high level of professionalism. Location is perfect for us. We like being away from hustle and bustle.Easy walk for us, or a quick ride by bike or car to seminyak square.Lots of local Indomarts, circle K restaurants, coffee shop's close by.
The shower took at least 10 minutes to get hot. Our room was close to the kitchen so we could hear the kitchen preparation each morning. We got used to that quickly, though.

Room needs renovating.
Large amount of flies (20+) in bathroom drains that kept reappearing even after staff sprayed them.
Room had damp smell due to poor air con system, ceiling was visibly water damaged due to this also. Aircon also leaked down onto the floor on our last night.
No hot water for showers sometimes. We were told the water is heated using solar power (relies on good weather) which evidently means no alternative on rainy days.
