Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und es wird nicht zum letzten Mal gewesen sein. Das Ehepaar Neumann ist sehr um seine Gäste bemüht und wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Und wenn man Glück hat, kommt man während des Aufenthalts in den Genuss von Susi Neumanns selbstgemachten Kuchen - die sind ein Hammer! Wir konnten dieses Mal in 4 Tagen 2 Sorten verkosten. Eine ideale Ergänzung zu den diversen Weinverkostungen, die in dieser Region natürlich nicht fehlen dürfen.
Das einzige, klitzekleine Manko dieser Unterkunft ist der Mangel an Parkplätzen (deswegen gibt es bei "Lage" nicht die volle Punktzahl). Aber Wachenheim ist nun einmal ein kleines Dorf mit engen Gassen. Am besten man bewegt sich mit Fahrrädern fort und läßt das Auto auf dem Parkplatz stehen, den man am ersten Tag ergattert hat.
